Abeka For Sale
Many people look for used Abeka for sale. If you know where to look, it’s pretty easy to find.
Some places you can find it for sale all the time and other places are hit and miss. You will definitely find Abeka for sale at www.homeschoolclassifieds.com and ebay.com any day of the week.
February to August tend to be the higher demand months for homeschool book sales, so if you can buy from September to January you’ll probably get a better prices. Ebay tends to be higher than any other source, but you can usually find exactly what you need in the edition that you need. If you are going to sell Abeka, I suggest you sell it in the higher demand months so you can get the highest price.
Abeka books are easy to resell and easy to find used because so many people use them. They are expensive to buy new, so people usually want to get some money back for them when they are done with them.
If you’re not afraid of mixing editions, you can use Abeka for multiple children. They change editions quite frequently, so just because you buy a brand new book for one child doesn’t mean that same edition will be current for the next child. I’ve heard some people buy work books for their subsequent children when they initially buy the curriculum for their first child.
I have found these books used at garage sales and thrift stores, but most often at my local Goodwill. Sometimes people just don’t want to bother reselling their old curriculum, so they just donate it for someone else to use. I don’t use this curriculum, so if I find a good deal I buy it and resell it. Once at a garage sale I found a whole stack of Abeka high school books. I think I paid $18 for all of them and resold them for over $150!
Keep your eyes open, you never know where you will be able to find Abeka for sale. Here are the current ebay items for sale.
Check here for a complete Abeka review with the pros and cons (in my opinion, of course).
